Hey there! We just had an amazing experience taking a Filipino cooking class with a local named EC! We learned how to make some classic Filipino dishes, like chicken adobo, eggplant omelette, and even milkfish. We also tried a bunch of other yummy foods, like prawns, pumpkin, and green beans.
Everything we tasted was delicious, and it was so much fun learning about Filipino cuisine and culture from Isi. We even got to try a unique cheesecake made with a citrus fruit called calamansi!
